Hey Dewy Wireless, Rechargeable, Self-Care, Skin-Nourishing, Hydrating, Portable Cool Mist Humidifier (Pearl)

The product is fantastic. Wowever, per the instructions. I changed the filter and now Dewy does not work. I followed the video on line and still nothing. please help! It was alot of money and now i have nothing.

Worked well for about a week and a half. Then suddenly the humidifier stopped working. I would double click the power button, and it stays on for 2 seconds and stopped misting. I soaked the wick for 10 minutes and also ensured it was charged up. this is very disappointing.

OMG! I can never breathe through my nose because it’s always congested or dry and had to use a Neil med rinse every day esp when I was pregnant but ever since I’ve been using this humidifier I can breathe through my nose and not be a mouth breather!! It’s been so helpful especially since we have to wear masks all day and breathing through my mouth always made me feel like I was suffocating under it. I love how this is wireless, portable and small and aesthetically very appealing. It has a night light which has been great since I have a newborn and need to change his diaper/feed him in the middle of the night. It mists for 8 hours then shuts off but if you press the button 2x again it will turn back on. My friends also bought Hey Dewy from their website but now that it’s on Amazon prime, even easier to buy one!

I was looking for a humidifier to place bedside and help with my dry throat when I sleep. This one is nice and small, which is great since I already have other items on my bedside table. Since it turns off automatically after 8hrs, it’s just enough for sleep hours. Within that 8hrs, seems to have only used half the water I put in. The light feature is ok, can’t see it at all with room light on, so a little hard to know when it’s charging or done. I had a larger humidifier before, so in comparison this one needs to be very closer to be useful. My throat still feels a little dry with this right next to me, so if you need a more powerful humidifier, keep that in mind. Big plus for me is that this uses tap water since it includes a filter, whereas many humidifiers I saw recommend distilled water, which could add costs and inconvenience.

Bought this on 11/22. It is now 12/5 and no longer works. When I first got it, I also had difficulty with getting it to work, but it eventually did. Now, however, it is just refusing to actually emit any vapor. I can hear it trying to work, but nothing comes out. Very disappointing. I bought this for the convenience of the wireless aspect, and also from a false belief that if I spent a little more I'd get a better quality desk humidifier than the cheaper options. Instead, I wish I'd just bought one of those cheaper options. They break over time but at least they work for longer than a couple weeks.

I bought this hoping it would help me on business trips to Denver, after getting bronchitis just from the dry climate there on a weeklong trip; I live in Florida, so I'm used to very high humidity. It worked out perfectly! I took it to work with me and made sure to breathe in the cool steam very deeply several times throughout the day and sometimes leaving it going right under my face as I worked at the computer. It's just about the same size as a water bottle so it doesn't seem out of place at all in the work environment. It fit into my laptop bag without ever spilling. I never even had to recharge it all week. I couldn't be happier with this product!

Soooooo frustrating. This is the second one I’ve owned and the second time it won’t work, even after following the company care instructions. They work great until you have to change the filter and then that’s it.

I cannot sleep without this little gem on my nightstand. I was coughing throughout the night (according to my husband lol) because of the dry air in the winter and the air conditioning in the summer. With this humidifier, my coughing stopped. I bring it to hotels because it's the perfect travel size and runs for 8 hours. Absolutely perfect. AND IT'S PINK!

Giving it two stars because it did work for about two months. Then it didn't. Tried all the trouble shooting tips, changed filter etc. and the device does not come on anymore - AT ALL. Reached out to customer service at Hey Dewy directly, they responded initially with questions and demands for a video of it not working, then I heard nothing and getting no response.
