Short Version: these taste good, keep me full enough not to want to snack, and saves me from spending $15 on breakfast & lunch outside in these streets.Long Version: Since I got RIFed from my Federal contracting job in late April I have been working 7 days a week - a 1099 solar panel sales job during the week and a pt time weekend concierge security job for a VIP lobbying firm - and I just don't have a lot of time to meal prep, so I got two cases of these protein shakes to take with me to work each day. I bring four with me every shift. Two for breakfast and two for lunch. And these keep me satiated the whole day. I make sure to drink plenty water in between so my kidneys won't clog up with all the protein and to help the fiber do it's job in my intestines. They taste good, and make me feel good even when out walking the earth in this mid-Atlantic heat/humidity bringing in the sheaves to the gospel of no cost solar energy. This saves me money and time. And isn't that a blessing?!

This is the drink for you. Having recently compared the original rich chocolate to this variant with fiber, I can tell you it’s kind of wild. The chocolate flavor is deeper and more fulfilling in the fiber mix, and it keeps me fed and satiated for 4-6 hours. The regular flavor can back me up if I don’t supplement it with fiber, but this stuff takes the work out for me. It’s very filling, smells just fine, and I’m consistently happy with the quality. The fact that I can toss it in my backpack and have it wherever I go is also nice, since I’ve recently started college and sometimes can’t be arsed to cook.

These are my go-to morning drink when I’m in a rush. The chocolate flavor is smooth and not too sweet. I like that it has fiber, vitamins, and protein all in one. It’s convenient to take on the go and doesn’t require refrigeration until opened. No weird texture or aftertaste—just a nice, easy breakfast option that helps keep me full until lunch.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I don't always feel hungry these days as I age , so I keep these on hand. Much cheaper than ensure, which I can't afford, and fills my needs. It has a good supply of vitamins with fiber & 10g of protein. It's also not as thick as the others ,which is more palatable for me.

I have been a Optimum Nutrition guy for many years but switched to these for a change. Not only are they delicious, they have 100 more calories than ON Gold Standard, 10g of protein, 3g fiber, and you get a 24 pack for the price is a 12 pack of the O.N. If course there are trade-offs, O.N. has twice as much protein, but the serving is bigger, 11oz vs 8oz. And only 1g sugar vs 11 in the Carnation version. They're comparable so far as vitamin and mineral content. Still, the Value is tough to beat, and double the price is hard to justify unless you're a pro athlete.

I used these daily during a period when I was dealing with dysphagia and had difficulty eating solid food. The smooth texture and decent calorie/protein content made it one of the few things I could reliably consume without issue. Cheaper than slim fast and includes fiber. Great to add to a meal (i'm not trying to lose weight but using as a protein/fiber/nutrient supplement) or to save as a healthier and better (since it include water) alternative to canned goods in case of a natural disaster

I've come to depend on these little cartons of deliciousness to fill the gaps in my nutrition caused by working 2nd shift and having the eating habits/palate of a 12-year-old. Frequently I'll have one of these after a meal, especially something spicy. They taste great and are small enough to chug down very quickly, leaving a nice mouth feel and sealing in the spicy stuff.I love that they're reasonably priced (24-pack lasts a while!), though I wish the strawberry flavor was on sale as frequently as the chocolate. I prefer the strawberry for flavor but both are quite tasty.
