I kept seeing ads for the Arena strength bands, but I don't know that I can justify spending $50 on some elastic...especially when I'm not even sure if I'll enjoy the workouts. So I went ahead and decided to give these a try. Excellent price, plus I really like the colors (sorry Arena--just because I'm female, that doesn't mean I want everything pink). These are soft and easy to hold, and have a rubber grip on the inside of the bands, which I find really helpful when stepping or kneeling on them. Unlike the rubber tube bands, I don't fear that these are going to snap, and I'm going to take a plastic handle to the eye. I appreciated that the manufacturers included a little flyer with some exercises, but there were only like, 5...I wish they had some more listed. But hey, that's what youtube is for!

Unlike the rest of the reviewers, did not think these were super hard, but they're well made. They're what you'd expect them to be in terms of resistance bands, though within these first three months the lowest resistance band is already coming apart, I imagine because of the extra tear and wear.

A few years ago I had tried to order Arena Strength long and short bands set from the company. To make a long long story short , I recently donated the long bands set. Never did get the short band set. I bought these. Nice , easy to use and half or more LESS expensive than Arena Strength brand! I would never order exercise equipment from the company again, after this experience. Only from Amazon.

I have Amazon prime so I received these really quick. Packaging was neat and efficient.There's a little bag that you can use if you want to take them to the gym with you or just for storage at home.I've had resistance bands before and as far as the elasticit, these are great! I really enjoy working out with these. My only issue and the only reason I did not give them a five, is because the bands are not labeled by resistance(Easy, med, hard). The medium and hard are really close in resistance, the easy resistance band,of course is easy to tell. I've had another set of resistance bands that labeled each band based on its resistance and that was a nice feature Outside of that, that is the only thing that prevented me from giving it five stars. Great price/value. Would recommend!

I sit at my desk with them on, walk up and down the hall and go to the gym with them. Weights on the Go. And they are wide and don't roll up like the think rubber ones.

Great price and extremely versatile. Durable, washable, no dryer through. Adds variety to workouts.

These are so much nicer than I was expecting and the quality is superior. A perfect set for home use and already feeling it in my muscles.

Very nice bands would buy again in a heartbeat, but thinking they're going to last!
