This was the cheapest hat styled like this available in a pinch before deer hunting. It's like having a scratchy zip lock bag on your head. Sized small. Arrived with torn stitches. Absolutely terrible quality.

I feel its loose fitting because its rather thin. didn't keep me as warm as i would have liked. gave it to a friend that has better circulation, and it works well for him?

Lightweight, yet very warm. It is big enough to wear another hat under it if needed but still fits nicely if not. I was very pleasantly surprised by this item. It probably won't last more than one winter if worn daily, but I will only be wearing while hunting on the cold so it should last me a few seasons. Can't beat the price. Highly recommend.

I took a walk last week in a forest in Pennsylvania that has been gripped by extreme cold for the last couple of weeks. The temperature was around 14 degrees Fahrenheit and had been for some time. While preparing, I decided to go ahead and bring a firearm on the off chance I saw some small game running around (not likely in the cold, but why not just in case). This meant I needed to wear 250 square inches of fluorescent orange visible 360 degrees on both my head and chest. Normally I use an orange stretch cap, and purchased this for guests that might want to accompany me, but happened to pull this one out first and decided to go with it. I couldn't have been happier! It kept not only my head warm, but my ears and the sides of face as well. The fur isn't just aesthetic, I also found it made a big difference for insulation. Additionally, the color (while slightly more peach than the rest of my hunting gear), met the orange requirements for hunting in my home state of PA. It was also breathable and didn't make my head sweat or become itchy. If you're considering a cheap hat that will keep you warm in the cold and work for hunting, this one did the job for me, no questions asked. Side note, be sure to buckle the buckle at the chin, I almost lost the hat a couple of times in a gust of wind.

I can not give a review of how warm it is or how well it keeps on your head or anything in that matter. But what I can comment on is the size of the hat. Im 38 yrds old about 5'11" tall. This hat barely fit on my head. I have a 7¹/²" head size when I buy ball caps or my welding caps. The pictures I have applied to this post are of my 6yr old daughter wearing the hat. Fits her perfectly. Also she did say it's very soft. Moral of the story, if your an adult looking for a new hiking hat or hunting hat, I might look elsewhere. This hat is pretty small.

I paid £60 for this hat as a gift and it’s arrived scrunched up into a tiny bag and when I’ve opened it up it’s all creased!! Not what I was expecting for £60 hat! Also the material feels cheap. No point in ordering this as it’s not worth the money.
