These cotton balls are kind of thin, but I have used thicker ones and you waste more product. I put alcohol on my cotton swabs and clean my face with the thicker ones. You really have to saturate it or it’s not wet enough, but some of the cotton balls are not full Cotton balls But for the price who can complain
