Basic, but effective.
These are really simply designed. And even though they feel thin and basic, they actually do work on both carpet and hard flooring. I gave it 4 stars because they fulfill the purpose for which I bought them, and the only reason I didn't give them 5 was because they feel cheap. But they work.

scratched wood flooring
this product scratched my rentals hard wood floors with about 30 seconds of use! paling is to thin and plastic disk scratches flooring. cost me $560.00 getting scratches buffed out and section refinished! worst experience ever!
