Six months ago I started using kojic acid soaps and lotions to get rid of dark spots and even out skin tone. I took a liking to the lighter complexion and a month and a half ago started taking 2 to 3 glutathione pills per day. Combining the kojic acid treatments with glutathione led to much more dramatic results.

Definitely worked! I did not take them as consistently as I should have but, I did notice a gradual lightening and evening-out of my skin tone, after about 2 months. Not a quick process. Have seen no negative side affects, I usually managed to remember taking the pills throughout the weekdays, 2 twice a day both times with 1-1000mg vitamin C. Definitely works, nothing dramatic, but surely noticeable! I can imagine my results would have been even better or sooner, if I had been more consistent! Still taking them it's been 3.5 months now, my skin is lighter by about 2.5 shades, the change is subtle, your family and friends will still recognize you, lol!!!!!!

It takes time in shipping and takes 6 capsules a day to see gradual difference in lightening. You have to keep continuing taking, otherwise, the lightness will fade.

I have tried this product for 1 year with no visible result, there might be some health benefit but I don't no.

I LOVE THESE IVORY CAPS. NOT ONLY DO THEY HELP CLEAR DARK SPOT AREAS, THE HEALTH BENEFITS ARE GREAT. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS PRODUCT. I THINK EVERYONE SHOULD AT LEAST TRY THIS PRODUCT.

It works slowly and it is good but you need to take it with vitamin C 1000mg
