I LOVE this product, definitely helps my immune system when needed. I take on occasion and it truly works. This is coming from a medical professional. I found this years ago when I backpacked Europe/Germany and it saved my trip as I was getting sick staying around soo many people in hostels. Definitely worth a try.

Since COVID-19, we've been so careful, wearing masks constantly in public, so we never tested positive. But I think because we have been so careful, so our immune system didn't have anything to fight off making us vulnerable to regular colds. My husband and I used to only catch cold maybe every two or even three years. But in the past two years we've share three mild but uncomfortable colds. Anyway, I thought I'd try this to boost my immunity. It had immediate unexpected effects, creating low tolerance to alcohol. I enjoy a glass of wine or two every night. But since taking this, wine makes me nauseous, so I can't drink more than about 6 ounces, which is a good thing. I'll finish out the one week pack that I purchased and probably re-order every two months or so.

I am writing this from my bed because I am sick with a cold. I took this while on vacation to ensure my immune system would be strong and here I am coughing, running nose, headache, body ache, congested, coughing up mucus, you name it. At least my illness waited until the last day of my trip and the last day of taking this stuff. There are cheaper and better products at your local pharmacy or drug store.
