Perfect travel coffee mug. The lid is leak proof when snapped closed. I can hold it upside down and no drips. 16 oz capacity is perfect for my morning coffee. It keeps my coffee hot for 4-5 hrs. Fits nicely in car cup holders. This is my 2nd one and I love them.

Love the product. I had some minor leakage when I filled the traveler too full but it screws on tight consistently and tightly compared to other travel mugs I have used in the past. It is easy to clean and is good value for the mug.What I love most - it keeps my drink (typically black coffee) hot for hours. I work long shifts (9-12 hours) and it has kept my coffee warm from when I first started brewing. It doesn't leave any metallic taste either in that time either. This is the feature that surprised me most as other mugs I keep my coffee in at work actually goes cold after 4-6 hours. This mug is exceptionally different in that my coffee is consistently hot after 6-8 hours.What I love the least - the flip portion does not extend as far back as I would like. It makes it awkward/difficult to drink the last part of my drink without having to twist off the cap and drinking the rest of my drink that way. Not an issue overall since it isn't an issue when drinking initially.

I am really impressed by how well this MiiR keeps liquids hot for a long time. Very sleek, good-looking design. My only issue is that the lid can be a little awkward to drink from. When opening the flip top, the part that opens, I'll call it the "tab", sticks up and presses against my nose while drinking. I thought it would lay more flat.

Love the size. I didn’t want an enormously wide cup. Keeps drink warm for a long time.

Downgrading my review to just 1 star. Miir says they guarantee their products, but they haven’t offered me any replacement for their lousy, leaking lid. I mean, it doesn’t only leak, it also spontaneously pops open, ruining everything in its vicinity.Their website falsely advertises it at leakproof and shows 5 stars out of 5 - meanwhile, other sources says it’s well-known for leaking and popping open. That’s dishonest.Meanwhile, they advertised a new improved “leakproof” lid. I filled out an offer to get free shipping, and then added the new lid to my cart (when it was back in stock), but they didn’t give me free shipping. The shipping alone costs the same amount as the lid! And no store is available for pickup.I went to leave a review, but they won’t let me leave a review. I clicked on their live chat option, but that didn’t work either. Basically, Miir misrepresents their products, misrepresents their offers, and can’t be reached.I thought this was in a virtual tie with Zojirushi for the best mug on the market. Advantages: Big opening makes it easy to fill and to add big ice cubes (I use it for iced coffee), it’s simple to use and clean, and the lid is easy to use.But after several experiences of dumping iced coffee out of my (thankfully waterproof) backpack, I came to realize that it wasn’t me being forgetful, it was this mug spontaneously opening. If you plan to always keep it upright (in your hand, on the counter, in a cup holder), add 1 or 2 stars. If you might have it in a bag or a backpack or need to lie it down (like in an exercise bike beverage slot), you can do better.I even once once brushed it while it stood on the padded floor of a gym, and watched it gently fell over and pop open.
