I bought this flour as a healthy alternative choice for baking and was very much impressed. This flour is easy to mix and full of fragrant flavor, not to mention all the health benefits it has, especially for those that are gluten intolerant. The flour gives the nice chocolate color to your baking goods and the light aroma that reminds me of the almond blossom. Definitely recommended if you want to try something new, healthy and flavorful.

Absolutely disgusting taste and smell which has nothing to do with real bird cherry. Believe me I know the taste, because we lived near a bird cherry garden the best part of my childhood, in summertime we spent hours on the bird cherry trees, we would eat the bird cherries till our tongues turned black)))

Me and my family loved the flavor. It was similar to chocolate and rum, while being all natural without anything artificial. If you add it to your cookies, cake or muffins its very hard to mess up the good taste that it gives. I recommend using it fast though, as we did, because it may spoil if you leave it open for too long. Nevertheless, we would recommend, we liked the quality!

A few days ago I received bird cherry flour for baking Borodino bread.I read some not very good reviews here, but I decided to take a chance and immediately opened the package when I received my order. The flour does not smell old and has a shelf life of up to 2025. I think that people, Those who wrote about the old smell may not have known that this flour needs to be used quickly, since it is natural (without additives)

I got a pack of this product in the end of February 2023. The expiration date was March 2025. It is hard to describe the stink.I just wonder who wrote all the good reviews - friends and family members?

Barely flavorful. Bitter aftertaste. Feels like very old product
