Atlas is designed to bridge the needs of AM and FR/DH riders: light enough for AM, tough enough for FR and DH, providing the ultimate in versatility.

Quality you can trust, durability that won't leave you stranded
I went from a 110mm stem with 660mm bars to a 50mm stem (this one) and 750mm bars. I have so much more control now and steering is much more suited to my riding style. I ride an XL frame at 6'5" and the 110mm stem made me feel a little too stretched out. Now I feel like the cockpit is just right. It was a breeze to install, just make sure you had a torque wrench for the proper torque. RaceFace does include some basic instruction on how to install the stem.

Razor sharp steering, great handlebar control.
Installation only takes a few minutes if you have the right tools. I recommend using a torque wrench to insure proper installation and therefore meet the manufacturers specs and performance. My factory stem (65mm) felt too far out so I decided to get this 50mm stem instead. Additionally I was looking for a stronger and more durable piece that can handle well.I am super satisfied with this quality stem! Thank you RaceFace for designing it and thank you Amazon for selling it Prime. 😀A few pointers during installation:- This stem has torque specs showing for all screws which is super nice and professional.- When installing new piece, tighten the steer tube cap screw first, and then stem steer tube mounting screws last. This method should help to avoid a potential gap between fork and stem and/or spacers.- I used a torque wrench to tighten all screws. I prefer to hear 3 consecutive torque wrench clicks and making sure its tights across all screws equally.- I used 4 NM to tighten steer tube cap. Most steer tube caps do not have torque spec but I find 4NM to work perfectly on my bike.MTB adventures \m/ \m/

Killer stem for your mountain bike
This is an extremely sturdy and nifty looking stem for your mountain bike. In addition to it's high functionality it has a lot of mojo. And the squiggly line graphics on it appear nicer in person than in the photos. It can be installed quickly and is an easy upgrade for your mountain bike. I went from a 90mm stem that came with my bike (a Bianchi) to this here 50mm jobber, which moved the bars about 1.5 inches closer to me and now I'm much more comfortable. But don't go by me, find what is comfortable for yourself. There are some good videos on UTube that can give you some guidance for choosing a new stem. The videos were helpful to me but you don't have to believe everything they say. Apparently there are some theories about how stem length can affect how your bike handles depending on the kind of riding you do. Seems to me the Atlas level of Raceface components are at a higher level than some of the others, but you're paying for it. I also bought the monster gigantic Atlas flat pedals but that is a different review.

Raceface makes solid products. Great stem upgrade that will be on all of my bikes.
High quality stem, very impressed with the design, finish and machine work- Quality control was on point! I bought a budget mountain bike this past year and am adding a few upgrades as I go along. I cannot say enough good things about the stem or the company. After seeing the type of products they make I would absolutely buy again and love to tour the factory.

Very nice and strong stem
I replace a 80mm for this one, to get a better position in my bike, the design is great, it covers the handlebar to protect it.. all the bolts have instructions about the pressure you have to apply. I'm using this stem with a renthal fatbar carbon handlebar.

Looks good and fits good and what else?!
Was looking for a stylish stem that didn’t break the bank. Had my eyes on a nice chromag one but this one was actually lighter in weight!

No an Atlas
Ordered and paid for an Atlas stem, just received a turbine - looking to return

Let's face it, it is Race Face
This is a very strong, high quality bike stem. This particular length is good for Enduro, they have a shorter version if you do more DH and larger ones for XC riding. High quality manufacturing, color stays (other I tried fade out with time, rain, dust, etc). Very easy to install, good lock on the handlebar, very tight and solid grip.

LIGERO Y GUAPO

Faded red
Heavy. The actual color is faded red, it's almost as if its pink. it looks like it has been in the sunlight for too long if you get what I mean as Race Face red is not the "deep full" red that proper anodizing provides. On top of this Race Face customer support is absolutely abhorrent and most of their products are Made in Taiwan.

Potencia Race Face Atlas
De momento solo he podido probarla en par de salidas, pero la sensación es muy buena. Buscaba acortar la distancia de la potencia de serie, y lo he logrado. El aspecto de los materiales y los acabados son de primer nivel.
