Fan is worse than it appear on amazon app. I sent it to mandate 2 times but its service is poor

Worst product

The product got repaired in one year of usage and also the hinge is not holding the fan in proper place.

Pathetic product quality

Purchased it from an authorised local dealer. Within a week the ratchet mechanism in the fan broke. Now it's like a broken neck not able to adjust the up and down angle of the fan. This is because of the low product quality of parts used. They don't fit properly. I don't think they will be able to service this issue as the plastic parts are dentented( which should not have happened as they are fully inside).Will update the rating after servicing.
