After having my son, I felt like "down there" didn't smell so fresh. I started taking these and there has been a lot of improvement. That's the only measure I have for noticing it's effect but if that change happened so fast, I can imagine other good things are happening as well. I did read that you shouldn't constantly take probiotics so I think I will cycle off a month of these and maybe get another bottle in 30 days or so. I only take one capsule a day.

These are great pills if you are pregnant or currently breastfeeding . I am currently breastfeeding and I got themes to helpe me and baby. I have noticed a big difference in my baby ever since I started taking these. It has help increase nutrient absorption and boost my immune system. They were easy to swallow and actually stayed down. I love this product.

I'm so glad that hyperbiotics has released a probiotic aimed at breastfeeding moms. I've tried several hyperbiotics and have found all of them to be beneficial. But I've been looking for one specifically for nursing mothers. I've found this to be beneficial to both myself and my nursing infant and I feel much more comfortable taking it since it's made for breastfeeding mothers.

Just a heads up about this product. I don't know if it's clear on this listing, but it DOES contain dairy protein... unfortunately for me, that means I cannot use it. I wanted to take this product since my baby has allergies and I'm still nursing. I had read that mom taking probiotics could help strengthen her gut and help her allergies not be so intense, and these are supposed to be great for prenatal and nursing moms. Unfortunately one of her allergies is Dairy, so I cannot use this product. The good news is that it is LACTOSE free, so if you're lactose intolerant like me this will probably work for you!

I don’t write reviews but was compelled after my terrible experience with these. I chose this particular brand after it was recommended in my search as a supplement to take in my postpartum recovery. While I generally have a good digestive system I did want to add this after the pain medications and antibiotics I was on after my delivery. Needless to say it destroyed my system, making me intolerant to dairy which I never had a problem with and causing severe abdominal cramping and sometimes inducing vomiting. I’ve taken probiotics before like Culturelle and never had this problem. I strongly do not recommend
