Q: Can you use this with Resin??

it's made to be used with the glue they have to heat set under a uv lamp, if that helps I don't know anything about resin but I have used it with triple thick gloss glaze and it worked fine. I'm addicted to sparkly and I love this stuff .

Q: Is the glue Latex? Any other ingredients?

I don’t know the ingredients but it feels very similar to strip lash glue which is latex based and water soluble.
