Purchased directly through their website, picture provided as proof of purchase and installation. Leaving this review here to hopefully prevent anyone else making the same mistake I did.It doesn't stop sound at all.Installed according to their instructions and no effect on outside noise.Took it down and laid if over my cellphone playing music, no effect whatsoever, may as well have been paper.I had emailed them prior to purchase and was told their curtains are STC rated 26-29, I received a product made of 0.5 lb MLV with an STC rating of 20. I emailed their support about this and was told that they had other happy customers and saw no issue with me being sent a product made of inferior material that doesn't work.I'm leaving it up because the hooks are nailed into the wall and fixing that is more effort than it's worth.Don't deal with this company, they're an expensive mistake.

Poor Customer Service
Do not buy this product. After following the measuring guide as well as contacting the company before purchasing, the product I received did not fit our windows. The perimeter seal is attached very sloppily and is not square on the curtain so it does not line up with our window sill. After talking with customer service, the only option available to me was to pay $150 to have them redo it. I will not be able to use the product they sent. That being said, I also think the product looks worse than it does in the photos on their website. Avoid this overpriced poor product.
