Such an easy and effective way to loosen tight muscles and massage sore areas. I like to use it every morning on calf and thigh muscles. I learned about it from my trainer and others in the gym.

It is very practical and easy to release muscle tension.

Me parece muy bueno para su cometido. Lo encargué por un malestar muscular, he estado usándolo diariamente y desde el primer día noté mejoría. Sí recomiendo el producto, cada rodillo gira bien... recomiendo no utilizarlo con productos (aceites, cremas) que deslicen tanto que no se produzca el giro de los rodillos, así no le encontrarán una buena funcionalidad.

This is a great massage stick you can massage yourself except for the shoulder blade area. So is great as you dont have to get others to massage your sore spots. Also good when you use it on others as it doesnt take all your energy
