Positive impact on IBS
I started to use pro and pre biotics about a year ago. I’ve found most of the top brands help to an extent. I decided to give this brand ago partly because of the cheaper price point but also because the science seemed well thought through.So far I have found this product to have the most calming effects on my IBS. My wife has commented that she has also noticed the difference on both my physical and mental health. I recommend giving this brand a go.

Great improvement to my digestion
Having had a nasty stomach bug I decided to try and replace my gut bacteria with some good ones to aid my recovery. I was rather sceptical about them doing any good but I can honestly say they have turned my life round!I no longer suffer from indigestion, wind or acid attacks. My stomach is not bloated and I don't seem to be eating as much as I did .I can't believe how much better I feel and originally was only going to use one course but I think I will continue for a while as things as so much better .

Developed a rash
Unfortunately this probiotic didn't work out for me. I developed a rash over my abdomen and chest and had to stop after just two doses. I suspect it's a reaction to the Aquamin TG which I've discovered contains trace minerals, including nickel and cobalt, to which I am allergic.
