I have been using Stevia for over 20 years and have bought the brand at Trader Joe's (only place I could find it) but was looking for a cheaper alternative. This stuff is ground finer, is sweeter (no licorice), dissolves more easily and requires even less than what I was using before. Oh, and it's waaaay cheaper.

They weren't kidding when they said that in the product description, so take it literally! Don't be fooled by the size of the bag to price ratio. You need such a tiny amount to sweeten your drink that it will take you a while to even notice a dent in the bag. I love that there is no aftertaste at all and it dissolves so quickly even in cold drinks. It is a very fine powder so open the bag carefully and use a long handled spoon or scoop to get your portion out or your hand will be covered with it. A few people have suggested transferring some to a smaller container, a shaker and even making a liquid with it. I haven't tried any of these suggestions but a smaller container sounds good to me. I've tried many different Brands of Stevia and I'm sticking with this one because it is purely just Stevia without anything else added, there's no bitter aftertaste, it dissolves quickly in any drink and it has the best value for the price that I've been able to find.

If you’re used to pure Stevia extract, then you’ll understand that this is 300Xs sweeter than sugar, no joke! This purchase of pure Stevia extract was a first for me. Here’s what I learned and observed: Tip 1 — It’s recommended that 1/8th a Tbsp is equal to 1Tbsp of sugar. I honestly believe it’s more like 1/10th stevia to 1 Tbsp of sugar, so use even less than what online conversion charts may list. Tip 2 — Using too much will ruin your drink because its extreme sweetness will over power a drink in this case. Measure out to taste in gradual increments until you build the sweetness you desire — take note. Tip 3 — This isn’t like the big bags you buy at the grocery store that claim it measures cup for cup like sugar. That stevia is mixed with other ingredients to reduce the sweetness of stevia and to make it more like sugar in sweetness. This pure stevia extract is much more powerful in sweetness but also doesn’t have the bitter aftertaste I find with those big bags mentioned above. Tip 4 — Pure stevia extract has claims related to it that say it supports your immune system because it’s apparently rich in antioxidants. It’s also great for diabetics, but there are claims it may interfere with certain medications in a similar way that grapefruit will. (I’m NOT a doctor or nutritionist.) Tip 5— this bag will last you a while, so don’t feel like you’re getting price gouged by its seemingly high price to volume ratio. Because of its density in sweetness, it will go a long way if you follow my tips. Final results for me: I’m finding it difficult to use although I’m getting better at measuring it out based on my taste. It’s just so easy to over use when sweetening products. I find this a little frustrating, but it’s more user error and having constant discipline, patience, and a keen eye on consistency when using it as a sweetener. I use a baby sized spoon for my measurements.

I don't usually write reviews for stevia, but man. This stuff is FABULOUS. It's been such a struggle since a decade ago when I began using Stevia... Since I found out the other two were bad for my body, brain, digestion, etc... The biggest issue, of course, is the bitter aftertaste. And the expense. SO freaking pricey! Well, unfortunately, nothing at all we can really do about that one. Apparently they only want those who are well-off to survive and thrive. Sad. But this review isn't supposed to be a rant. It's to tell you ladies (and gents) who appreciate the struggle: THIS IS THE STEVIA FOR YOU!! LEAST EXPENSIVE - ✅ LEAST BITTER - ✅ GETS HERE OVERNIGHT - ✅ I've literally tried them all. Well, most. And this one checks all my boxes! So grateful. Do yourself a favor and JUST BUY this one!!!

A little goes a long way to sweeten coffee.

Very happy with this Stevia ! A little goes a long way. I use it in my tea and coffee along with monk fruit and it works great. No aftertaste and it dissolves in hot or cold drinks. A 5 star for this!

I use stevia all the time I prefer powdered as this is It mixes well in any drinks and when mixed with powdered cocoa unsweetened and with other ingredients to make a chocolate candy for one It dissolves well and I microwave it for 30 sec works wonderful I use in coffee and other beverages I find it has no after taste Great price, but is only 3.5 Oz I buy 2 to make sure it lasts for a month
