The green tea you give to show your friends what authentic green tea tastes like.
In my experience nothing really beats Japanese grown green tea. Other sencha types found in the UK are normally grown elsewhere, don't taste the same and normally ends up quite yellow when in the cup. This tea is vivid green, mild, no bitterness. A little expensive but I let it go a long way.Pro tip - follow instructions. Ideal temp around 80C for pouring into teapot. Don't steep too long because that's when the bitterness can occur. Also fine for several uses in a day.

Beautiful tea
This is a really great tea. The flavour is delicate and refreshing. It's perfect for those times when I don't fancy a normal cuppa with milk but still want something hot.
