Great product. Horrible customer service from the seller. I have used Lipsense for over 10 years and love it. The second time I used this specific Lipsense, the bottom of the tube broke and the product spilled out. Because it is a lipstick stain, it did not come out of my clothes, boots, etc. I notified the seller and requested a replacement and received a less than accommodating response. They wanted me to prove to them how the product was defective… How would I know if I don’t manufacture of the product? What I can tell you is that I have purchased Lipsense online for over 10 years and have never had this issue.You can buy this same product from multiple different sellers on at Amazon. I do not recommend buying it from the seller as they lack integrity with replacing defective products.

The wrong color was sent to me and the owner is in the process of sending me the right color.
Lipsense is a really good lip product to use especially at this time of having to wear a mask and it does not come off when eating and for most of the day.

That it’s good but a bit pricey
It lasts, does not have to be reapplied after I eat. However, sometimes it dries my lips. Hopefully the price goes down. It’s quite pricey and I need other shades.
