Great drone with lots of useful features!
I was in the market for a portable drone with all the bells and whistles. Picked the Tucok 011RTS after a bunch of research and I'm really glad I found this hidden gem! Unboxing experience -- the drone comes in a stylish and premium-feeling bag, all the components fit nicely into it with enough cushioning. Should be very convenient to take on the road with me! The drone itself -- the maximum control distance is 3km, more than enough for some casual shooting. The camera system has EIS capabilities and sits on a 3-axis gimbal, and with those comes silky smooth videos. It also comes with a ton of safety features -- I haven't flown the drone out-of-range yet, but it's very reassuring to know the low battery / low signal return-to-home features are there. Plus, even if it does get lost, the GPS system keeps track of and reports the drone's last known location. The built-in 360° laser obstacle avoidance is also a nice touch. Overall, I've had really positive experience so far with the Tucok 011RTS. Highly recommended!

Doesn’t come home when loses connection. Horrible service
The drone lost connection at 450 meters out and didn’t return like it was suppose to. Can’t find it and out $500. I don’t recommend this item Company finally sent a new one but not with battery or avoidance sensor and new one will not pair with remote. Company not returning my requests for assistance. What a waste of money

Battery does not last.
I bought this drone last May 2022. I didn't fly it because of the cold in NY. After taking it out to fly now in April of this year the battery showing full but it would show two bar on the remote. When start to fly drone would not go pass the fly safe zone. Showing battery is low. So I only get to use this drone about 6 months. Both battery that the drone comes with not good after 6 months. To any one who read this, if you should have this problem as well, Is there any way to fix this problem? Is there any where I can buy replacement batterys?

Heat Drone.
The only issue I have is the the paper manual. It's too tiny to read. You definitely need to get the apps if for nothing else but the manual. There is a video that shows you everything and the online manual you can actually read! Outside of that, buy the drone. You won't regret it!!!

still waiting 2 months for my refund = zero stars
GOT A USED DRONE! Damaged propellors with dents & scratches on the body and was told it was damaged when they were testing it. Its been 2 months since i returned it and still no refund!

Does not conform to FAA rules as of 9/16/23
I wouldn't have bought this model if I had known it doesn't meet FAA requirements. Does not have the Remote ID required as of 9/16/23. I have been trying to get hold of Tucok for resolution to issue. I'm trying to find suitable hardware to use. If looking for a drone make sure it states FAA compliance. If it weighs more than .55lbs which is 250grams required to have remote ID.
