California Road Map (Benchmark Maps) Map – Folded Map, January 1, 2017

Planning a road trip down the Coastal Highway for sometime in the near future and this map is highly detailed and I enjoyed mapping out all the places were gonna go! I also enjoyed the enlarged, more detailed versions of the major cities. Also very helpful. I’ve never been to California so this map was a necessity for me lol

This map arrived quick and is exactly what I was looking for - an easy foldable map of California to take home to my parents so they can look up the places we are visiting!

Hard to unfold then refold.......other than that they are good...

Very helpful route planning with good differentiation of paved vs off road routes.

A must have for any bug out bag.

Great map well detail

Given the relatively low price ($5.99) I was concerned this was going to be one of those cheapie maps that are pretty much useless because the lack of detail. But, this map has plenty of info, seems easy to read and includes even the smaller paved roads and some unpaved roads. This is a great supplement to Google Maps.. and seems to have more detail than Google Maps. Paper quality is comparable to most other state maps. Like other state maps it will probably start ripping after a few days use but that's fine Well worth the price!

Good to have on-hand in the car when driving around California in case you have no electronic guidance and/or are not familiar with the area. Parks are marked, which can be fun for determining where to go adventuring next. I have two of these, one I posted on my wall while living in California for adventure planning and the second I kept in my car.
