Five star review. These electric lunch boxes should be given more credit. This one at least works very well and was well thought out and designed. Very inexpensive for the things the customer gets. A canvas warming bag with handles, a stainless steel tray and three utensils and two ways of plugging in to use the heater. The plastic box has storage for utensils and handles, nice color combos, lunch should be fun. It's a bit like camping and made easy. Underneath the box is a standard heating coil with the wire soldered onto the box, it seems to be able to last many years, easily fixable in the case. Yes it's leak proof and can warm food up fast. Trustworthy product.

Husband works construction and this has been a life saver for him being able to have hot meals on cold days. To say he likes it is an understatement, he LOVES this thing, he actually has two he loves it so much. He has recommended it to several co-workers who have also bought them as well as his father. Easy to use he just plugs it in about 30 minutes before lunch and his food is hot and ready, he does recommend putting like butter in the bottom for extra moisture as depending what you have it can burn. Size is good you can pack a lot of food in it. Extremely easy to clean. Everyday in winter he uses it for lunch. Fits easily in his back pack which is a cooler backpack from Costco. And doesn’t take up any more space than a normal Tupperware but he gets a hot lunch. If and when it dies I will buy a new one for him he has had his current one for about 3 years now.

After months of using this lunchbox at work, I am extremely pleased with the quality of this product. At work, I simply plug the lunchbox 30 minutes before lunch and viola hot lunch is waiting for me. No long lines waiting for the microwave. It is just too convenient for me. I have had it for months now and it is still great.

I bought two food warmers over a year ago — one for myself and one for my husband. Mine still works perfectly; I work in an office and use it often. It heats food in about 5 to 10 minutes, the stainless steel material is of excellent quality, and unlike others, it hasn’t deteriorated over time. My husband’s, however, stopped working. He’s a truck driver, and one time he left it heating on a surface in the truck that was already hot. Since the warmer was on and also received extra heat from below, the plastic bottom ended up melting. So I recommend being very careful with this — don’t place it on a hot surface while it’s in use, as that can damage it. I also like that it comes with two cables, one for the car and another for a regular wall outlet, making it very convenient for both travel and office use. It also includes its own utensils and a comfortable lunch bag for easy transport. Overall, it has an excellent price-quality ratio and works very well.

My office does not allow a microwave. This is great for wet lunches - I would not suggest it for anything dry or it will burn. When I bring noodles, I always add water because it will burn the bottom which can be nasty and difficult to clean.

I like this linch box for the price but the quality is close to the price point but it works great but don't plug in to early it will COOK your food but it's nice in the winter time if you drive a truck for a living and want a hot lunch on a cold day.
