Q: I have an exactly 23" head, should I go with the 21-23 medium size or the 23-25 larger size?

I bought a medium. My head is 22. A medium is 21-23. It fits like wrestling ear guards, with a chin piece. I modified the chain provided to thin climbing rope. Less dramatic.
