Q: I just cut a hole in my cars hood for a scoop can i use this to round the edges and make it loook like it came from the factory with it already done?

No. The sheet metal is too thin. It needs to be thicker for the follower bearing to ride along. You’ll need to do some sheet metal shaping on that edge to bend it downward.

Q: How big is the bearing, what diameter?

its small like 1/4" it works great on aluminum. the latest chamfer you can get is .075"
