Just bought it to spray my siding with mold wash. It works great and it’s very easy to use. Has nozzle adjuster for the amount of product. Attaches easily to water hose.

Worked beautifully for applying liquid Image Weed Killer to my lawn. I have used other brand hand sprayers, but doing the conversion of teaspoons to square feet to whatever made me always question the amount of product I dispersed. The bottle of Image had a measurement specifically for the Ortho hand sprayer which persuaded me to purchase this one over other brands. This sprayer was easy to use, had a tight connection to my hose and didn't clog. I have only used it once so I can't tell you if it will last more than a season or two. Hopefully, it lasts long enough to do a second application in 6 weeks.UPDATE: I have used this several times since receiving it several months ago and it continues to work seamlessly with no leaking. I will admit that after using it in hot and humid conditions I “forgot” to clean out the last of the solution and when I pulled it out today…yep, oops. I washed it out with soap and water, attached it to a hose and sprayed clean water through it before adding a new batch of neem oil to treat for aphids. I was prepared for it to fail based on my operator failure but it worked like new. Don’t hesitate to buy this handheld sprayer. It’s terrific!

I bought this to dose herbicide over a lawn so I wouldn't have to walk around with a pump sprayer, so I needed something that was fairly accurate at dosage per gallon dispensed. Ultimately the decision came down to reviews and this had the overall best reviews.I'll clarify something I didn't see on any review and a major question I had. The dial on the side of the unit that dictates the dosing rate is in oz/gallon of water. This isn't explicit in the product instructions BUT if you buy Ortho's Weed B-gon concentrate product it says to dose at 2.5oz per gallon (if using in a pump sprayer) or if using the Dial N Spray, set the dial to 2.5oz.Having an easy to set dosing rate in oz per gallon is FAR easier than guessing or doing some sort of experiment.So far no issues. I suspect people with leaking issues are not using a gasket for the hose connection, aren't screwing the sprayer completely onto the hose, or are not properly supporting the hose connection. You can't fill the unit then use the hose to support its weight, you also shouldn't use the handle on the unit to pull the hose. The hose connection isn't intended to support any kind of tension.

I used the sprayer, set to 2 oz, put a homemade cocktail on my lawn, it went from dry, crunchy brown to pretty green. It still needs some work, but its growing beautifully! I picked this product because of the setting dial. I am not a chemist this device did the figuring for me. Worked great!

Needed a new one bc the previous one suddenly started leaking everywhere like all the other reviews say happened. It's cheap. It probably is not made to hold up long. We only had the other one for a season and then start of this season...leaking. I won't hold out hope that this won't be the fate of this one but for now it's working as intended.

The product works fine but I don't understand why it does not include a rubber gasket so when you screw the tank onto the sprayer it doesn't leak everywhere. Definitely needs a gasket! The stuff I put in to the tank will stain concrete and marble so I don't want it dripping all over the ground when I'm using it. I don't know if the company is trying to save a buck but a rubber gasket can't cost more than a couple cents if you're producing them in quantity.
