Our grandson is able to use this telescope easily all by himself. He is 15 and autistic. It was easy to put together, too. And, when I ordered it before Christmas for a gift, the company emailed me with contact information in case we had any questions or needed help with anything. That is excellent customer service. We have not had to contact them. I highly recommend this item.

The 20mm lens is missing the actual lens. I don’t want to exchange the entire telescope just for one lens. I’d like a replacement of the lens. Update: The seller was very accommodating snd understanding. I was offered a refund but I really wanted my telescope. They explained it would be easier to send a new telescope as opposed to just sending that lens because it would have to be sent from outside the US. I received a brand new telescope within two days. Im very happy with the telescope & seller.
