Great radio and speakers for any boat, fit hreat, the sound is crisp clear and great, has a remote with it which is convenient, very easy install just follow included instructions, looks great.

We have had this installed for about a month now. No problems with it. The package is complete and all components went in easily. Documentation was good. It's operation via front panel layout is good, thats one of the reasons we selected it. Going with 4 stars becasue as one might expect for this cost the unit has a fair amount of distortion at full volume, Its not a massive amount as if it was a total knock off unit. Its just what you might expect. If you want perfect sound all the way to full volume you need to spend more. For us this works. We rarely need to turn it al the way up and when we do we are in the speedboat going full throttle and cant hear over the roar of wind, waves and engine noise anyway. For normal cruising it works more than adequately. With this said I would recommend it. Our installation is not in an environment where the unit get splashed with water. It is mounted in the dash of the speedboat. We do not use the CD on it. We do use the Bluetooth a lot. Update: We got a second unit for our house boat. There is not so much noise on the house boat so the quality in sound is much more apparent. It does leave some to be desired when its turned up but for casual listening on the front deck or inside its fine. If we were trying to broadcast our tastes in music to half the lake as many boats do the stereo would not cut it. We also received a defective unit on the second one. It worked out of the box. Then in about a week it would not come on unless I pulled the power from it. Then it fired up fine. But it got worse. Then it started rebooting when playing a cd. The final trick was a lock up. I was turning the volume up and it just froze on "volume 19". The next time I worked with it I unplugged it, turned it back on and ejected the CD then unplugged it again to remove it and install the replacement while it was still within the 30 warranty. Kind of scary. The replacement fired right up. If it malfunctions I will update the update. Keeping the review at 4 stars since one unit failed but the one in the other boat seems to be working as good as it did on the first day. I would be disappointed if it had failed on day 31....

I purchased this stereo to replace a Sony on my boat, I can honestly say that Sony has a lot to learn from Pyle. It was simple to install not hard to operate and delivers a very good sound, The price I paid was very reasonable and I am very happy with it so far although I just installed it so I shall see how it holds up

We purchased this and took it to our local boat shop where our boat was being stored. They installed the stereo the speakers work fine but if you turn up the volume the stereo would cut out. They tried a stereo they had in stock it did not do the same thing so we realized the problem is with the stereo. Unfortunately we did not try it until yesterday they because the boat was being stored stored in a dry temperature control Building

Left it in the rain it's ruined but it sounded good when I first installed it,

I received this stereo and it did not work. It said it had a reset but it didn't. I had to pay $25.86 to return an item that did not work. Something is not right here. Please refund postage or issue a credit.. Thank you

Replaced original Sony in 2002 Centurion ski boat that stopped working, this is a great replacement. I enjoy the BT , much better than FM! Easy to install and although I thought I did not need the speakers they perform much better than the original. Recommend this product without hesitation.
