The Color is Lovely in the sunlight and you have to slip them on. It has cover for your skin to prevent irritation from the Velcro straps. The Knee shell scratches a lil easy but is durable enough that they will not break.

These pads fit well and I like the "subtle" reflective color. (it depends how the light hits it)I have athletic legs, 5'6" 170 lbs. I didn't want anything that would be tight and constrictive when I skate and to be uncomfortable. Honestly. I forget I have the elbow pads on.The wrist guards however are Meh! I don't think they would save you from snapping a wrist. My old guards have support on both sides. These would however protect your palms and are comfortable.I can also wear my Apple Watch with them.I lost one of my old wrist guards. So I wear the good one from my old set on my right hand, And the one from this set on my left hand. In all I would recommend.

I got these for my first pair of derby pads mostly for the knee pads. I had tried every size of the others and couldn’t get then to fit (I wear double knee braces so my pads have to go over them) l. So I got these.So far these are the only knee pads that stretched enough to fit over my braces. The few falls I took in them, they seemed to have adequate protection. I wouldn’t trust them for hard hits but routine indoor falls they worked wonders and were very comfortable. The wrist guard and elbow pads are lacking. I wouldn’t trust the wrist guard. They were too big for me anway but were very flimsy with thin plating that bent with your wrist. The elbow pads were a little big on me but also the strap and stitching started to tear and I never wore them to skate in.Color looked great. It shows up better in flash photos, but it’s just subtle enough I like it in normal lighting.I ended up sending them back due to the wrist guards and the elbow pads even though I really enjoyed the knees.

I really like how easy it is to put on the knee pads and elbow pads when I'm cycling on my mountain bike.

I love these pads for every day skating. Comfy and easy to put on and take off. The ‘oil slick’ rainbow feature is very subtle but I like it. I am very happy with my purchase. However, for higher impact skating (I.e. roller derby) I would go with a heavier duty pad (187 killer or Triple 8). But these are a great starter pad set.

I was a little worried about purchasing these since the reviews didn't definitively say they were great for women on the thicker side, but I'm glad that they at least fit me (5'0", 220lbs,18-20 pants size, for reference.) The knee pads can dig in to the back of my legs a little after a while if I wear them tight, but they're adjustable so you can just loosen the Velcro and it should be fine. They're sturdy and comfortable have kept my knees and hands safe while learning to skate.Note, the Gradient Color option's colors show up best with flash photography and look more like a grey oil slick color just looking at them normally.

I liked that we got them on time, but the colour does not match the colour on line

Although this is marketed as an adult size, what arrived was clearly a kids/juniors size. The description is wrong and lists adult sizes but the product that comes is obviously for children. Terrible product.

Es muy buen material, me quedaron grandes pero es excelente material y el color es hermoso, es cierto que se ven negras pero cuando le da la luz directa se ve muy claro el color.

Si las vas a pedir por el color, you better don't porque cero se ve como lo muestra la imagen, sin embargo, son de las protecciones más cómodas y resistentes que he tenido, así que en ese aspecto las recomiendo, 10/10 ✌🏼
