This is the most comfortable earpiece I have ever owned - and I have gone through many over the years.Its fits my ear like a dream, the sound is great and easy to adjust using the buttons on the side of the unit. Its easy to put on and once there stays in place even when wearing glasses. Extra ear buds are a bonus so there no real reason you can't get a good fit.No issues with standby or talk times - there's plenty of both.Personally, I love the fact that it can only be charged in its case and the charging light is bright and easy to locate. Charge time is short even from completely empty - another bonus. The case is nice and robust too.Winning an extra earpiece using the complimentary scratch card has been a real bonus. Recommend trying this ear piece first if you're in the market.

This product came nicely packaged, the chargeable case is a nice touch and has a digital reading of the percentage which looks cool. Use it everyday for work calls and it’s brilliant - it connected straight away via Bluetooth and the sound quality is brilliant both on the calls and playing music. Great that the button on the side you click once to answer and click once again to end the call. It’s comfy to wear, only thing I’d say is the bit that goes over the ear is a tad too big but that’s just because I have small ears! Overall great product, great value for money and great customer service.

This is a professional looking and comfortable bluetooth headset and comes with a handy charging case. Its great not to be tethered by cables and to be able to get up and walk around while on a call on my PC.The case is great if you are one the move, as one charge of the case will charge the headset several times, but if like me you are using it working from home, it would be more convenient to just plug it in to a USB.Set up was easy and it paired with my laptop and phone easily as long as you follow the instructions on "multiple devices".In general it works well, sound quality is good, both hearing and speaking during calls. I have not used it in a noisy environment so I cannot comment on the effectiveness of the noise cancellation. The speaker is a little "tinny" in tone, so i'd suggest its not the device you would want to listen to music on (but as its single ear that would be unlikely anyway).Now for the downsides when using it linked to a PC for WFH...The headset mute and multi function buttons don't function in Skype or Teams, so you have to use your mouse to answer calls and to mute/unmute.This headset suffers the widely reported "Teams disconnection issue" in that randomly during teams calls the headset simply stops working you can neither speak nor hear. This can be rectified by switching teams to another device for a few seconds and then back again, restoring functionality, but it is highly disturbing and inconvenient! [Note that Microsoft don't seem to care about the widely reported issue, they suggest buying a headset that is "certified for teams" which usually cost 4-5 times the price of this device].On a few occasions I have also suffered the "underwater sound" effect when people are speaking, this is usually transitory for a few seconds, but it is definitely an issue as I never had the problem with a wired headset. [This was also on Teams so maybe its just another symptom of their connectivity issue].So in summary, good device, and probably great for use with your mobile, but would be made infinitely better for WFH if the manufacturer could just figure out how to solve the TEAMS disconnection issue... even if they didn't officially certify it for Teams.

Comes fully charged out of the box. Couple of seconds to connect to your phone and your done! A range of ear pieces to suit all ear sizes. The noise cancelling faciality is brilliant, helping you concentrate on the call. Very comfortable to wear, even all-day. Battery easily lasts the working day and recharges overnight in its own cradle. I especially like the one touch to mute the call. Pricewise this headset undercuts the majority of the others. In summary a great product at a fantastic price. Recommended!

This is a good choice if you want a Bluetooth earpiece that does its job.Easy to connect, acceptable sound quality, useful functions (Siri compatible) and nice design of the product itself and the charging station.The battery life seems to be ok.I am a happy first time user.

So far having used this I have had a pleasant user experience with it. It is sturdy and simple to use. The sound quality is very good too.

The headset is very comfortable to wear, it comes with different sizes of ear bud, the case acts as a charger, so you can use it anywhere, one full charge of the charging case will give 4 charges to the headset, sound quality is very good (I am not referring to music), noise cancelling is also good, sound very clear to the other end of the call. Charging case connection is USB C which is very good. How long does the headset last? Not sure at the moment, only time will tell. Overall, I think this is a very good headset for the money, compare to other well known brand. Highly recommended.
