This is nice large gauge speaker wire. Easy to work with, and 100ft should be good for the next 30 years. I do wish these guys would use a darker inkjet to print on the insulation so it's easier for people to keep track of the strands. The bead on one strand isn't that obvious to touch either. I am using it with mid-range HiFi (Peachtree 300 W integrated, KEF LS50 Meta and SVS sub) so, really this cable is perfectly fine for purpose. Imaging good, focused bass, and control in the high frequencies as compared to competing brands in this price range and - yes - even as compared to my Audiocult 2000 straightened coat hanger connections that we all used when they were so popular a few years ago. With this investment you'll have a bunch of money left over for your choice of fancy termination alternatives! If you're into the high-end this cable is more than adequate for use with your bedroom WATT/Synergistic Research system while you save your kid's college money to get those artisanal sustainable free-trade Australian copper 0.5 meter cables with the aligned d orbitals, cosmic ray-blocking insulation and of course the cable tiptoes.
