Pricey for how much you get but I do think it has helped with softening crepey skin on my neck. Now on my 3rd jar and go thru 1 about every 6 weeks. Will keep buying bc I do like the thin smooth way it goes on. It is not super hydrating so sometimes I layer it with another moisturizer.

Let me just say I'm pleasantly surprised by this cream. I'm 66 yrs old and I wasn't expecting much in the way of results. I wish I took a before and after photo. If I remember correctly the instructions say to give it 30 days to see a difference. It's only been a little more than a week. I apply it once a day in the morning. I'm not doing anything else to give it a fair trial, and I am so impressed with the results. If I add red light therapy back into my skin regimen, I think I will have found my holy grail skin care system. I am even getting compliments. It's so refreshing to find a cream that does what it says it will do. In all honesty, do I look 26 again? Of course not, nor do I want to. I had the smokers lines and deep set marionette lines all the way to my chin. This cream is not greasy, has a pleasant, light scent, and it feels good on my skin. Just buy it!

UPDATE 7/12/25: I've now been using Miami MD for 3 months and 1 week. I changed the rating from 3 stars to 1 star. I bought this cream because they said it reduces lines around the lips (My other wrinkles don't bother me, I'm 73). I used it faithfully morning and night. I saw absolutely no improvement anywhere on my face, not even frown lines reported in my update on 4/27, but I'm attaching a photo from today, so you be the judge. There's still a little bit left in the jar, so it lasts about 4.5 months. Certainly not worth the time and money in my book.UPDATE 4/27/2025: It's been 3 weeks + 1 day since I started. There are some more, almost imperceptible improvements. Added 3 photos from today. Not sure if it's worth the hassle, but the jar is still almost full (see last photo). The big question: do I return it in time to get a refund (because it really isn't "age-defying" in my book - I still have lines around my lips that make me look my age), or do I keep using it, hoping it will continue to make small improvements, and get sucked into paying $55+ (maybe every 6-9 months?) for the rest of my life? Haven't decided.FIRST REVIEW: I purchased Miami MD a few weeks ago. First application was April 5. Today, I took a comparison photo for the 1 area that shows visible improvment: my frown lines. I purchased it for the wrinkles around my mouth, especially my lips, and the jury's still out, so we'll see. I was happy to see at least some improvement.

Good news and bad. Good is that the cream is light and definitely makes my skin super smooth and soft. Too soon to see any real results. Bad is the cost and I was upset to open my jar to find a hollow hole right down the center of the jar. Seems maybe that is where the nozzle filled the cream in the jar but for $55 that is not cool.

Like this product, been using it for awhile still really not seeing a lot of improvement.

I've been using this cream for about 2 years and helps a lot because I have very dry skin, and it works great as the moisturizing base for 2 skin oils that I add to it to address my other skin issues - wrinkles and spots.

This is the best facial cream..my face feels refreshed and it helps keep me looking younger . I have used this for about a year and will continue.
