Tether Tools Studio Proper - X-Lock Pivot

I don't know what the one star was talking about.The pivot is exactly as described. Holds my tablet steady while I use my bluetooth keyboard. Well worth the price.

Came in box that looked like it was old and already opened. Product looked used. Grip is too tight, every time I put my iPad on the stand I was worried I was scratching the back of the iPad. Not a good design. Stand was also bent and does not sit straight on the desktop. Will be returning for something else...

If you have an ipad this is a must have,your not set up untill its on the pivot system by wallee.

Doesn't work as advertised. No instructions, wouldn't swivel properly, would fall off stand if tried to swivel because takes too much force. Found online video instructions and still didn't work. I'm sending it back.

I would NOT recommend this product. This company sells sub par product and they customer service is HORRIBLE. They will LIE to your repeatedly and never follow your on there promise even thought its in writing. I purchased directly from them and it took 4 months to arrive and when it did it was not worth the price or the wait. It offers ZERO protection for your ipad. The car attachment is probably made in China as its of low quality. You can't adjust your ipad up or down to prevent glare while in the car. Don't support this company.

Some reviews will complain that you then have to buy another accessory to complete what you need. I agree to some extent but the way Wallee works is you can use it in different ways, so you need to get the right bits for your purpose. For example I don't want to wall mount my iPad 2 it so I don't need that item. Anyway I use my stand and case combined every day so based on value for money it's actually quite good. Also when I take the iPad somewhere I leave on the case as it protects the back of the device. I did have a problem at the start, the part that connects to the iPad was really stiff and when I was trying to rotate it, it 'snapped' off at the hinge. Once I calmed down I had a look and it has little screws which you can loosen or tighten up on the hinge part. Maybe it's for this very reason because a solid fitting would over time snap so the ability of fixing the hinge when this happens is smart.

Beautifully made, really to the quality level of an Apple product.Mounting an iPad on this (using the appropriate wallee case) makes it look like a mini iMac.A beautiful and useful stand. I bought a second one I liked it so much
