Good antenna are the key to better communication
It's a good antennas. It will not outperform a 102 inch whip, but not very far behind. I use mine in my car on 10 meters and have good results. Much better than the MFJ garbage at 5 times the price. I tuned the antenna to operate on 10 meters.Drivers, do yourself a favor and get rid of those 2-3 foot fiberglass antennas that are not effective or efficient at all. Put 1 of these on your truck 🚛 and talk and be heard and answered back 25-35 miles away when your lucky to make 5 miles now.Think of it as a means to potentially improve safety especially in those no cell service areas.73 Earnest K5EWM.Update:Excellent mobile antenna.I running a radio shack htx-10 10 meter amateur radio and a small amp with sd-1446 transistors (honest 165 watts). I hear em and I talk to em and they hear me. (QSO). It works great!.That being said; I tuned (shortened) the length slightly to tune into 10 meter amateur band. This antenna as stock is tuned for the usa cb 11 meter band and my antenna analyzer shown that. In fact its swr is extremely low on my trunk mount. There is absolutely no reason to believe that it won't perform powerfully on the legal 40 channel cb band and give very good results. Good and flexible no need to set swr in cb antenna because it's internal build. Good nice set up flexible with wind and tree limbs

Bought this to create a cat toy
Love that it's so light weight and flexible. Now I get so relax on the couch and the cat can play on the floor. Slid some oxygen tubing on the end to create a comfortable grip.

This item is offered as an antenna. It is not in fact an antenna. Its just a fiberglass rod. Buyer beware of a scam!

Works great on pick ups and semi trucks in some of the toughest conditions.

This antenna was supposed to be 5 and a half feet was only 4 and half feet. Other than that it works fine. Just a foot shorter then advertised.
