3 Pcs Tillandsia Air Plant Crystals Kit/Lot Includes Amethyst Cluster, Rose Quartz, and Crystal Geode/Terrarium Fairy Garden Stones + Kraft Gift Box

I have delayed writing this review because shortly after placing the order, I received a very nice message from the co-owner of the company stating if there was any problem with the order to contact them for resolution prior to placing a negative review. I did respond with my issues, but have not heard back from them. I hate to write a negative review, but in order to attempt to prevent others from similar disappointment, I feel I must share my experience. First, look at the size description of the crystals. What you get is not as described. The crystals in the advertising photo all appear to be approximately the same size, they are not. The purple is lovely and large. The white crystal is tiny and has a stress line that will probably break if handled. Worst of all, ll three of the plants arrived dead. Dry, soggy parts and brittle parts, and almost white in color. No amount of soaking could revive them. Please see my photo attached to this review. This purchase was intended as a family project with my three Grand-daughters. Try to explain to three little children why one gets a crystal that is large and beautiful and another gets one that is tiny and ready to crumble. Also tell them that all their plants are dead and will remain dead. I still think this experiment is worth while and will order again, but from a different source. Sorry Aura Creations, but I did give you a chance to remedy the situation prior to this review.

The good: the package arrived as described and in a timely manner. Everything was included, just as described. The kit itself is a great idea.The bad: one of the crystals was broken in two when I opened the package, which isn't that big of a deal, but still a bit disappointing. I believe the damage was from the poor packaging, as the crystals were lying loose in a spacious box, allowing them to rattle and roll during travel.The ugly: the poor air plants were as good as dead. One had obviously been dead for quite some time and had to have been dead when put in the box, as it was a dark brown and brittle--no amount of water is reviving this plant. I'm not new to air plants, let me clarify, and I have revived quite a few in the past that I've found dying in stores, but I can't resurrect what is already dead. The other two were close to dying, one worse than the other, and I'm still not sure if they're going to survive, but I'm doing all that I can to bring them back to life. It is clear they haven't seen water in a very long time.I have not actually had issues with mail ordered air plants or any plants, for that matter. If the plant is healthy when packaged, and then is packaged with a gel or wet newspaper or something to create a humid environment during shipping, then there is no reason why a plant should suffer from a trip through the mail. These poor air plants were not healthy prior to packaging, and weren't packaged with anything to maintain a humid environment. These plants have been dehydrated for a very long time indeed.

Do NOT purchase this is. If you want measly rocks and plants then by all means buy. I got the back stock defective item as you can see in the 1st image. I know that there is a disclaimer saying "*Please expect some slight variation in terms of shape, as each crystal is a natural creation unique in character" but this isn't just shape but the SIZE.2nd image is the set my friend received. Why is her set so large and gorgeous?I complained and was emailed by a Rebecca. I mentioned the rocks and she said she would send a replacement.I didn't know until a received something from them that she was talking about the dead plants and that she was going to send replacement plants.Now, its not very hard to figure out the problem with this. The old plants are already glued to the rocks with INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH GLUE.Not very bright. I was told I would be refunded once items were received back with no return label attached. Rip off.

Very disappointed. The first amethyst and air plant I ordered was beautiful. So I ordered 3 more as gifts at a higher price than what I paid for the first one. The amethyst are much smaller about the size of 2 quarters and one of the air plants isn't very healthy. Not sure why in the first order I got a higher quality amethyst and better air plant at a lower price. The second order I got lower-quality stones and paid a higher price. The last three are poor quality. Not even sure if I want to give these as gifts now.

I love love love the air plants on top of the amethyst what a beautiful designet putting the two together absolutely stunning thank you of course the most beautiful one is the design you made with the air plants on the amethyst and I threw in the other for just to show you some of my other plants can't wait to look forward to doing more business with you thank you

UPDATE: The seller contacted me about my review immediately, was very apologetic, and offered to send me a larger rock/plant. I have changed my review to give her extra stars for excellent customer service. Ultimately what needs to happen is that the general dimensions of the rock and plant need to be listed here so customers have realistic expectations about what they are purchasing. My replacement gemstone and plant was larger (as you can see in the photo with the red background) but this is still smaller than what I was expected originally. However, the quality of both gemstones and plants is high.THANK YOU, AURA, for providing excellent customer service.*********************************************This is smaller than other reviewers led me to believe, or the seller has changed the size of what is being sold. Only after I placed my order did a review pop up confirming my experience: an amethyst the size of 2 quarters with a tiny air plant attached. Given how inexpensive both are, this product is way overpriced. I give the seller 2 stars for using a quality amethyst and giving me a healthy plant. If this was a prime order I'd be returning it.I'm a petite female and this rock looks small in my hand. Don't be fooled by previous reviews! Current stock is not up to par.
