Handy Home Products Hudson 12x20 Do-it-Yourself Wooden Storage Shed with Floor Kit- Does not Include Paint or Roofing Shingles

12"x16" Barn shed. I bought a 12x20with no floor because it was on a really great sale (Amazon) and even with buying the floor lumber at Depot, it was cheaper than the 12'x16'. The instructions covered all sizes so I just adjusted for the shorter length.Speaking of instructions; they were the clearest, most concise and complete instructions I've ever seen. Went together like a dream. Everything was there that's supposed to be there and all cut exactly as stated. These guys have their act together. Only negative was their labeling equipment (all parts are even labeled) needs to have its print rollers cleaned. 90% of the labels on the lumber were so smudged they might as well have been in a foreign language. Not a major drawback - a tape measure cured to ID problem.

This storage shed is like a mini house. Super sturdy and the quality is excellent. The only problem or complaint I have is with the delivery. It was delivered with all the parts unwrapped because according the the delivery guys they had to separate it to load it on the truck because of the weight. Consequently, when it was being assembled by the contractor, we discovered missing panels. The company is not as accommodating as I had hoped for missing parts. I had to purchase panels that don’t match the rest of the shed because a hurricane was coming and we needed to get it assembled and I was being stonewalled by the customer service department, and I’m not sure I’ll be reimbursed 😢. I submitted my receipt will have to just wait and see. If not for the missing parts and the way customer service handled the problem, I would definitely have given this shed a 5 star review.
