CramerDe-Hesive Spray, Easily Removes Athletic Tape Adhesive and Base, Painlessly Remove Ankle and Kinetic Taping Residue From Skin, Athletic Training Equipment, AT Supplies, 8 Ounce Spray

I’m a diabetic, and I’m constantly changing my pump and continuous glucose meter, but the adhesive from the devices would rip off my top layer of skin when I removed them. De-Hesive is my solution. This product absolutely makes the adhesive come off painlessly, but then the adhesive goo can remain on your skin if you don’t know what to do. So, here’s my method:1. Soak the bandage or adhesive patch with the spray.2. No need to wait—once it’s soaked through, you can painlessly remove the item.3. Leftover adhesive goo WILL remain on your skin, and it will be sticky. Wipe it off with large Isopropyl Alcohol wipes—not the small ones you use for shots, and not baby wipes (they will stick and tear apart). If you wipe the area with the large rubbing alcohol wipes, the adhesive will ball up and easily come off your skin.4. (Optional) Apply a small amount of baby oil to the site to neutralize any remaining adhesive. (I did this more in the beginning, before I figured out the alcohol wipes. It’s more to sooth my skin after wearing my devices.)That’s it! And one bottle lasts me about 6 months, using it 3-5 times a week.

I stumbled across this product while looking for equipment cleaner, ironically. I use KT tape multiple times a week, and sometimes it comes off clean, other times, it leaves a lot of residue. Since I need to tape the same areas, I need them to be clean. I figured I would give this a try, since plain old soap and water doesn't really work on its own. This stuff really works. If you tape often, you need to have this spray as well.

Anyone who wears CGMs knows that even though your sensor is made to last two weeks, it doesn’t mean it will. This is especially true if the patch you use to cover and protect it starts peeling halfway through that two weeks.This product makes it really easy to change patches midway through your sensor life without having to worry about painful tugging on the skin which can result in blisters, burns, and accidental detachment of the sensor.I sprayed this on my CGM patch and the patch peeled off easily with no tugging or irritation, and my sensor stayed in place . The product smells awful, but works like a charm.

My skin blistered from the spray. When I pull the tape off, I get a rash, but this actually made my skin blister. It also leaves a sticky residue.

Liked everything about friendly on the skin, only detracting thing I can come up with it's kinda hard to wash off your hands.

Does not remove the adhesive pre tape.

This stuff will take the outer parts of the tape off but you are left with a sticky gooey hard to remove layer of adhesive. I'd rather deal with the pain of ripping off the tape then doing all you have to do using this stuff. Sorry!

I'm sick of being ripped off on Amazon product doesn't work and I'm still in the 30 day return window but they won't accept a return. If you're honest with yourself how many times has this happened to you on Amazon? For me it's alot
