It works! I've been taking these gummies for about a week now, and I'm already seeing great improvements. Full disclosure: I got these for the heart/vascular benefits of beetroot and not necessarily for the beauty benefits. They have a heart version of these gummies, but with Vitamin D — and I'm already getting plenty of Vitamin D through other supplements so I decided to try these "beauty" ones instead.I have a desk job and sit for long periods of time. This was causing my ankles to swell by the end of the day. Well, guess what? Since I've been on these gummies the swelling is practically gone, and I'm also noticing more energy, less sleepiness in the afternoon, and my joints are feeling more limber too. I'd say these are a win! Taste just fine as well.Can't really comment on the beauty benefits, but aces for the vascular health!

After researching several brands on Amazon decided to try this brand as I know it's a good brand having had other items in their product line. I'm somebody that does not care for the taste of beets so the gummies were a nice option. The flavor is not bad they do tend to stick together in the jar a bit which is my only complaint. I bought them to help with blood pressure issues. After taking them for a couple weeks I noticed a really nice benefit with my nails growing better and not chipping. I had been experiencing hair thinning and hair loss, which has just about stopped, after being a problem for the last year and a half. Haven't noticed a substantial drop in blood pressure but there has been an improvement. I will continue to take these as with any supplement it doesn't work overnight necessarily but I did start to see the benefits within a couple of weeks I take one in the morning and one at night and I will be sticking with this brand.

Good quality for organic and taste good and I see a difference in my nails.

I started taking the gummies about one week ago for thinning hair. I do see new hairs growing which is what I hoped to see. I use other hair products that promote healthier hair and scalp. Maybe, all products are working harmoniously for healthier hair and scalp.

These are tasty... but I just feel as if they had a few things in them I'd rather not consume. I've chosen a capsule form that is only beet root powder. I like it better.

My hair and nails are growing like crazy, skin is glowy, and I feel so good!
