Just OK... Looks elegant, stand coating is not durable, suits for kitchen..looks very slim.. Easy to clean... Installation was very seamless... Sealant git removed from bottom, manufacturing issue, repaired in warranty.

Instalation done in time, very good response from faber.

I'm writing this review after having used the product for 4 months. Pros: 1. A sleek looking product 2. All the burners-- 1 small, 2 medium and 1 large --work very well, and the product meets our needs adequately. 3. The product is very easy to install. Cons: The lack of attention to detail and poor quality control are easily apparent. 1. Knobs: The knobs are made of what feel like brittle plastic. The 4 knobs are not in proper alignment. It also feels as if one needs to be very careful while operating the knobs so as not to damage them. 2. The stands are not vertical. We ordered a replacement because a stand on the front was tilted. It also had the issue mentioned in item 3 below. They replaced it with one with a tilted stand at the back! 3. Burners: the burners work well as I have mentioned above. However, all of them appear to be tilted by at least 10 degrees. This becomes apparent when the flame is viewed from the sides. It seems to me that these issues could have been easily avoided if the components had been made to proper specifications. On close examination, it feels as if the product was made in a local workshop and not in a factory owned by a brand such as Faber. Service: Faber tries to force a paid installation visit on you which, in my opinion, is unnecessary for most people and should be an optional service. The tried to threaten me with forfeiture of warranty if I did not purchase the service. They backed off only after I connected them to the manager (of the local Faber showroom) who had advised me not to opt for the service. Would I recommend it? It meets our needs very well, so we've come to terms with the product despite the issues mentioned above. However, if you're a perfectionist, I would recommend that you look elsewhere.

Defective product. Return accepted & picked up on 01/06/25. Till date neither the product has reached the seller nor the refund initiated.
