Found it a fascinating read and more importantly got a lot of useful insights that i could use to help my own health journey as also guide friends and relatives. As Tony Robbins says each of us should be the CEO of our own health especially considering that many doctors find it difficult to stay abreast with the latest developments in the medical field.

Written in a style easy for the laymen to understandThere could be a phase gap in the availability of the advancements in places other than US
