Perfect size, well sealed, and chic!
UPDATE: this does NOT stay sealed. Somehow after a month the seal kept expanding and forcing the lid to just pop up. I did not run in through the dishwasher or apply any cleaners or chemicals to it. I hadn’t touched it after the first initial wash and all of a sudden the lid popped up. I tried realigning the seal and it did the same thing. So now I’m left with just a wood lid sitting on top. Wouldn’t recommend for longevity..I read thousands of reviews and decided upon this butter dish and it did not disappoint! I love the subtle lettering on the dish. It’s ceramic and very sturdy weight. The lid seals on tight and can be used in the fridge or countertop. It’s pictured holding two Great Value sticks of butter (I live in the Midwest America). Also, pictured with my hand for size reference. Would definitely recommend!

Great Butter Dish
I love the ceramic and wood design. Simple dish, yet looks great on my counter. I've had it for about 4 months now and have not had any issues with the lid popping up. When it arrived the seal didn't fit quite right, so I just pulled it off and readjusted. It fits snug and no issues. (See photos)

Smaller than expected
It does not fit a block of butter and the seal is flimsy otherwise it's nice and does the job

Cute!
Super cute on my counter. Holds two sticks of butter, but won't stay closed. Not sure why. I've cleaned it and tried a couple things but never really closes. Not a huge deal.

Perfect butter dish
Super easy to clean for someone who doesn’t have a dishwasher! Although the lid doesn’t close fully with a full Canadian sized butter it still works perfect. Functional and aesthetically pleasing.
