Did anyone notice little acne popping up after first using. Its mostly on my chin area and it was 1 to 2 at a time?

Is this supposed to have an anti-tamper seal? These came with the end flap tape loose or missing and no inner seal on the bottle.

Mine came with the anti-tamper seal on the bottle and it also came in a box with a seal.
