great product for a firm hold and styling.
great product for the price. It goes in easy, holds firm, but allows for sculpting your hair. I would recommend for anyone looking for a good styling product.

Smells amazing, holds like a champ
This stuff is hands-down my favorite pomade. I’ve tried a bunch over the years — some too greasy, some too stiff, some that smell like a gas station air freshener. But Blind Barber nails it.The hold is strong without being crunchy, and it gives a nice matte finish that doesn’t look like you tried too hard. A little goes a long way, and it keeps my hair in place all day without needing touch-ups.Also — the scent. I don’t know what kind of magic they put in this, but it smells so good. Clean, subtle, a little masculine but not overpowering. I’ve gotten compliments on it like it’s cologne. If you want your hair to look good and still feel like hair, not a helmet, this is it.

This pomade is a steal for the price and quality (A-)
Grade: A-I first started using this product when I was looking for a cheaper alternative to LayRite. That stuff is amazing but like most other pomades - pretty expensive for how fast I'd go through it. Blind Barber 90 proof is different but worked just as well for my hair.I'd consider the texture similar to a paste. Not terribly sticky to the touch but definitely has hold. Provides a nice layered look that'll last all day provided you use enough. Matte, no shine and NO CRUNCHY HAIR. Washes off easily with water - both your hands and your hair if you apply too much. Smells nice, kinda like sweet vanilla but by no means overpowering.TLDR: Great cheap pomade that works great for daily use or as a backup.

Strong Hold, Natural Finish, and a Warm-Clean Scent for Effortless Style
The Blind Barber 90 Proof Hair Pomade is a standout for men looking for a strong hold with a natural, non-greasy finish. This water-based pomade provides excellent control without weighing the hair down or leaving a sticky residue. It’s perfect for creating structured styles that still look effortlessly natural, making it versatile for both casual and polished looks. One of the best aspects of this pomade is the scent—the tonka bean and hops blend is subtle yet refreshing, adding a unique fragrance that feels masculine without being overpowering. The matte finish enhances the natural look, avoiding any overly glossy or stiff appearance, while still keeping hair in place throughout the day.Easy to wash out thanks to its water-based formula, the Blind Barber 90 Proof Hair Pomade is a fantastic choice for anyone who wants a reliable, all-day hold with a fresh, clean scent.

First Impression
Initially, this stuff is great. Awesome smell with the Tonka bean and definitely high hold, but remains flexable/moldable. I'm into cold weather now, but I'll be interested to see if this stuff turns into a greasy mess like some pomade during the hot summer months. As for cool/fair weather (less than 75F), it's been a great product! If this won't work for summer in my case, I'll switch back to the cream of coconut clay, that worked great this past summer. The only gripe I have with the product is how I received it. First of all, the hair product itself was fine, but did not have a seal underneath the lid. Another thing is the Amazon item sticker. I know this is pretty picky, but this is advertised like a "premium" men's hair product and it sure feels like it when it's not on sale. I'm not sure if Amazon or the 3rd party seller is to blame here, but I shouldn't have to deal with the label like this right on the top of the lid. Then spend the next 10 minutes picking off the underside layer of label paper that stayed on the super glue adhesive. C'mon guys...

Blind Barber -- favorite pomade
My favorite pomade. Great look. I have tried many different pomades, and keep coming back to this one.It does state "strong hold", but that is not the case.

Great company
I’m so glad I stumbled upon this company. It’s so refreshing to find a company that actually cares about its customers. This product is really good but they’re clay one is better. It’s only 3 ingredients. I think it’s called matte finish hair clay. But the stuff is great too just has a few more ingredients and I like to keep it super simple if I’m putting something on my body that’s going to be absorbed. I also tried their shave cream which is awesome and has a wonderful scent. I don’t know who these guys are or if there’s an actual barber that’s blind but the name is genius and the products are great and you can’t go wrong with this product. If you’re a guy and I’m assuming you are (which is probably wrong since I live in Austin Texas) rub your girlfriends feet when she gets home from work and give her a full massage once a week. Trust me you probably forgot but she’s out of your league so act accordingly. I’m speaking from personal experience

Meh...it's OK
I've been using Imperial Matte Paste for years and decided to branch out a little, giving this a shot. Can't say it's an upgrade or equal, more like a tiny step back. Both are water based, which makes them easy to wash out, both are relatively the same consistency and both apply about the same. Not the biggest fan of the smell, it's kinda of an organic hoppy clay smell which isn't super potent, but it's there and you'll get a whiff of it from time to time throughout the day. Imperial's scent is more approachable and has passed the test of time with me.My biggest beef with this stuff is it's consistency and feel. I have thick, fine hair and I find this tends to clump my hair together in chucks. It also has a bit of a tacky texture when its dry which make you feel like you had to put a pound of product in your hair to achieve a certain look.Imperial Matte Paste doesn't clump my hair and its soft to the touch. This could be the major difference between a Pomade and a Paste or maybe it's all just marketing jargon. With Imperial, water seems to reactive the hold where as with Blind Barber Pomade water doesn't really have much effect at all.At the end of the day, I'm going back to Imperial. It was worth a shot, but sadly it wasn't for me.
