made for a child

The hat looks like they ran out of yarn half way through making it and decided it was good enough.I don't even think a child older than 8 could wear this hat, it's TINY.I knew it wasn't going to be baggy, but it wouldn't even stay on my head without squeezing its way off.Rings are cheap and poorly attached. Fraying was distressed perfectly, in a way that looked un-natural.Only positive is that I can return it and get a refund.
