My father has been using a version of these for years, so when he lost it I ordered these as a replacement and was very pleasantly surprised that they are just as good as his old one, they work well, are easy to use, very good value for money with 3 in the package (I'm sure his last one cost as much on it's own), and they look to be easy to clean.

Great little tool

I got three pipe cleaners and have found them to be adequate and sufficiently sturdy for the job if you use them right: on a deep pipe bowl put your finger or thumb close to the scraper and it will not bend; on a usual-sized bowl, this will not be needed. The prodder is in any case sufficiently strong to do its job well.

These are very low quality items, poorly made, and very rough looking. Only one of the three was functional out of the package, it bent on the first use and now doesn't close. Even at the relatively low price these represent extremely low value for money. Avoid at all costs.

They bend very easily

These are very good to have on-hand, regardless of what sort of pipe you're using. Incredibly handy. Getting three for the price offsets any quality issues I may have had. They definitely need breaking-in, just don't force them and they shouldn't bend.

Pipe Tool is a great addition to any pipe smoker's kit. The reamer, tamper, and poker are all sturdy and functional, making it easy to maintain a clean and well-packed pipe.
