Spigen iPhone 8 Plus 7 Plus Screen Protector Tempered Glass/Full Coverage for Apple iPhone 8 Plus (2017) / iPhone 7 Plus (2016) - White

This is the best screen protector for the iPhone 8 plus, bar none. I had one when i bought it and it lasted nearly a year. Only cracked because my daughter dropped it. Was tempted by one of those products with a thousand 5 star reviews. I installed it and it was a real pain, multiple bubbles. It then promptly cracked a day later. I learned my lesson and went straight to this Spiegen glass protector. It's a breeze to install, very forgiving, and I hardly notice.

They are good looking on the phone but they break soon as you drop your phone

So far so good. Installation was pretty straight forward. Though I prefer the hinge method for installing screen protectors, using Spigen's two tab approach also makes for easy application. A few small bubbles remained after adhering, but they went away on their own overnight.As for the quality, nothing has let me down yet. The glass is very clear and does not affect viewing angles. The home button is slightly recessed, but doesn't interfere with the fingerprint sensor. Though the glass covers the front facing camera, I didn't notice any drop in quality. The proximity sensors remain unaffected so you won't have any weird issues during a phone call. Touch response remains quick. It also doesn't add much thickness along the sides since it tapers down. Lastly, the oleophobic coating is good. Fingerprints will still build up, but not as quickly as I've experienced with other tempered glass products.If there is one con, I'd say it's that lint/dust will collect around the edges. However, it's a minor issue since it's easy to wipe away and I haven't observed any particles getting under the glass.Note: Spigen does call it "full cover," but there is some space left around all the edges to remain compatible with cases. It has worked great with all my cases.

Agree with others that this protector works well with the iPhone 7 Plus but thr materials used are very non-Spigen like... I've gone thru (3) of these in just over a year now and will move on to something else. This one cracks too easy and frankly those edges are very sharp. It's very easy to cut a finger on them. I didn't drop my phone at all either which is what baffles me as to why I keep getting cracks in the upper right and lower right areas of the protector.

Awful screen protector! The edges don't stick to the screen. If you don't have a case on the phone, the edges will probably cut your fingers. I got a crack in the left edge of my screen after 3 weeks, with no drops or impact to the phone. Another reviewer also mentioned his screen edge cracked with no impact as well. Was going to take advantage of the "lifetime warranty", but that only covers manufacturers defects. I thought when I bought the screen protector they would replace it no matter what like other brands do. Spigen's website has a "GLAS" replacement program if you need to buy another at a supposed reduced cost. It costs almost double to order under their "Discounted program" than to just buy another on on Amazon. Spigen used to be quality, but not anymore. I will NEVER buy anything Spigen ever again as I have had problems with the last 3 accessories I purchased from them.

Great concept for full cover protection, poor quality of product.I thought this was a great idea for protecting almost corner to corner for my iphone. Placing it on the phone was fairly easy and straightforward. After a few days however I noticed the edges of the protector (the black areas) started to scratch. I didn't mind initially since the middle of the protector was still looking ok. After a few more days the edges started to crack and chip. Keep in mind that I treat my phone pretty carefully. I keep it in a pocket with nothing else usually, maybe some cash in bill form from time to time. I couldn't figure out what was causing the scratches and the cracks, the only thing I could surmise was that the harder stitched edge of my jean pocket was causing it which seemed absurd but having never dropped the the phone or placed hard on any surface thats the only thing I would think of. The cracks were a concern so I contacted spigen, after sending them pictures as proof they sent me another one. I placed the second one on and after a few days it started to scratch on the edges once again. I treated my phone even more carefully and it was a bit better, but the cracks started to appear yet again after a few weeks. This time instead of cracking or having a minor chip, a chunk fell off and made a sharp edge. I had to immediately pull the protector off for fear of cutting myself by accident.This product was a good idea, but whatever cheap materials they're using makes it useless after a few weeks of use. I could live with a few scratches, but the cracks and chips are too much. The service seemed pretty good and I'm sure they'll send me another one if I let them know what happened, but I just can't trust it, a bigger chunk of glass breaking off could damage the screen underneath and that would be worse. I'd rather use it without a screen protector then this one.

Absolutely the best glass protector I've ever bought. Perfect fit, covers whole area of the screen which looks like there is no screen protector. Touch screen perfectly responsive. Highly recommended product from reputable manufacturer. Thanks!

I like it. Spigen has always been good with the full-screen glass covers, but for the 7 Plus they haven't been the best fit. There is a slight gap around the rounded edges that causes debris to get caught up in there. That being said, its seems this is a universal issue, as I still believe they have be best fit and protection. What is unique about these, is there is no exposure to the sensors underneath the glass protectors at the earpiece or edges. Almost all full-screen glass covers like this, there seems to always be a gap that lets dust and debris get in through the earpiece or sides and get caught at the camera or light sensor windows making your photos burry or causing issues with the sensors. You simply can't clean them out at this point without removing the screen, which becomes a pain the backside. The Spigen glass cover doesn't have this issue.

Amazing screen protecter with A grade quality. I have been buying the full screen coverage spigen screen protecters for 3 years now. I currently have an iPhone 8 plus and still buy the iPhone 7 plus version as it still works with the 8 plus. Quality of glass is amazing.Highly suggest this product if your looking for good quality glass and a screen protecter that works with most cases

I loved this screen protector at first. But the edges are always chipping. I've had other full screen ones where the bezel is a cheap plastic material that picks up scratches, but this one is the same tempered glass throughout with black bezels stuck on the back of the glass. Overall I love the look (always hated seeing the half circle bottom on other protectors.

I usually get a Spigen screen protector for any family and friends who asks me for one. Recently I bought this but it cracked at the corner during the adjustment process. I'm returning this and giving t another shot.Normally this doesn't happen, let's see how the second one is.Updated Nov 2017.LoL I don't get the decline in quality ....... the screen protector literally just cracks in your pocket. I can't even explain it, it'll just chip away at the edges randomly and then before you know it, the boarders are cracked. I don't know how this is even possible to be honest (and I know it sounds like I'm bashing this product), but I've put Spigen protectors in the past on all my phones since the iPhone 5s, 6Plus, 6SPlus, and now 7Plus. Never had an issue till now, 3 protectors just cracked randomly. I cannot recommend this product in good conscience.
