Took me 10 minutes to install and program. 5 of that was reading the instructions, which is necessary if you don't want to struggle with programming. Programming is EASY, if you take 5 minutes to read the instructions on what numbers to press and when.Wife and kids are happy to have a deadbolt that doesn't need a key. I am happy that my kids aren't ringing the doorbell because they forgot their key. It works, looks nice and the price was right. Winning.Installed a month or so ago. So far, happy.

If you are one of those do it yourselfer installers who never reads the directions or view the installation video, DON"T buy this product. Like most digital type products there is a highly specific, step by step way to install. I confess my sin and wasted many minutes trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. It was only when I found the product install video on Youtube did I quickly and efficiently installed it.If you follow the install directions, you cannot go wrong with this product. It was so easy watching it done on video. The product works great and like a two year old with a new toy I like to go to the door now just to use the digital lock. The support was there on Youtube when I had a question because I had not followed directions and it was not working right. After watching the video I followed the directions necessary to make the bolt work correctly. You can also send them a message to [email protected] did not give the product a five star rating because it was not a plug and play easy kind of install. Still if you are wiser than I am and watch the video install on Youtube, I bet you will give it a fiver star rating!

Absolutely astounding (if you read ALL the instructions FIRST)Install quality batteries, hide the physical key outside and you R all set. This is in the top 3 of the purchases I’ve made on Amazon this year.Quality. Functionality. Price. Support. EXCELLENT I recently purchased a new 2023 ICE vehicle. It can be controlled by an app (on my iWatch). The FOB that comes with it is a little bigger than a BiC Lighter and about the same weight. With the Zomoss I don’t need to carry A N Y T H I N G or remember to ‘grab my keys any keys’.Imagine retiring…in SWFL..seldom having more than shorts and a T shirt on…and being able to not have to worry about your house keys…or car keys…or wallet. MAN if I had free and easy access to filtered water I’d be In like Flint 😉

It stopped working 5 months after use, it doesn’t not unlock the lock after putting in the code and then when you try the key, it doesn’t open it either. Scary to be locked out of the house with no way in because your lock doesn’t work.

This is a great electric deadbolt for the money. I have purchased 3 of them. I have a door going in to the garage, one to my shop and one to a large storage shed. These things work great. Take your time and make sure you line everything up right during the install and they work flawlessly. Programming is pretty straight forward. A very simple lock for the money. Beats carrying around keys every where. And if you like keys, they come with one also in case you need it for some reason. This keypad/lock is well worth the money.

However, I bought this in July 2022 and I've had to change the batteries 4 times. Also with weather changes, it will randomly stop working and go back to working the next day

I suck at installing and putting things together. I was really unsure about ordering this because I as nervous that I would be able to to it. But the VIDEO!!! Oh that was heaven sent!! So easy to follow. I installed it in 30 minutes! I’m a recent empty nester and single so now my children hVe to call before coming over! My cleaning lady suggested I get this and it works beautifully. My assistant had some fancy alarm company install hers and she paid hundred of dollars! I paid under $40 bucks, watched the video and in 30 minutes it’s on and working. Best purchase ever!

Cons; Somewhat less intuitive to use than the Weiser product. Possibly the linear layout of the keypad, and the unit I had did not register the first keypress so very often the first attempt at opening the door failed. Also used batteries up a bit faster. Pros: Build quality is good, and installation is easy. Seemed reliable in the 14 months it was used in a temporary door. Price is reasonable.

Purchased two Looks at the same time but only one works correctly. They are easy to install and program, very happy with the one. The second one did not do anything to start with, no motorsound, followed the instruction and did a reset now it locks when it needs to unlock but will not start the motor to retract the bolt. Tried numerous resets but nothing worked sofahr.

I find the program for this lock has all the options anyone need and is easy enough to program them.It will reset the lock to the correct working condition to a Left or Right side of your door in the final step .Priced right, highly recommended.

Purchased 2.. primarily because of the price but was pleasantly surprised by the fit and finish.The 2 we purchased cost less than the 2 of the HD Defiant brand (which we've used in the past) & have a much better fit and finish.Super impressed
