Terrible! This brush came smooshed with the bristles bent all over the place so I initiated a return. The next day, the bristles appeared to have straightened back up to the way they are supposed to be so I was so excited to actually keep it. I should have gone with my gut and sent it back, because this brush is awful! It pulls so much of my hair out each time because my hair gets caught at the base of the bristle. If you examine it carefully by the base of the bristle, it appears like two bristles are fed through the bed of the brush to be wide enough to keep the bristle in, but 1 of the two were cut so hair gets snagged between the two bristles. Discontinuing use immediately.

We love this brush. You can have the worst tangle (like under your hair at the nape of your neck...) and this will work it out. So much less painful than a hard bristle brush. We call this The Soft Brush. I actually bought another one and marked it PETS with a permanent marker - in 15 minutes all the cat's tangles were gone!

4 yr old will use it by herself so no complaints of pulling hairs. Didn't work on my adult hair, bristles just flattened out without untangling hair

it doesn't get through the hair very well the bristles could be stronger but it does the job

I would love the functionality of this brush if I could stand to have it anywhere near my face, but I HATE THE STINK!! It looks and acts just like the genuine Wet Brush, but it smells so bad - like someone else said, "An old tire". I would add: an old burned tire. I have had it for quite a while and it still stinks even though I've tried washing it. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but if I had known how bad this thing smelled, I never would have tried to save a little money and would have stayed with the genuine article.

This brush is really great! I have gone through many brushes for my hair and most of them will pull my hair out in order to "detangle." Not this one! It just slides right through, barely pulling out any hair! Thanks for a great product

works pretty well untangling my daughter's hair, which tangles very easily

The wet brush is better
