My little boy LOVES this!
HIGHLY recommend this!! Just got it for my sons 5th birthday & he hasn’t stopped playing with it. Very much worth the value!

Pricey, but super fun for younger kids to start building
This is a nice “beginner building set for younger kids. The different pieces are magnetic, so it’s easy to build different cars. Let your imagination run wild! There are 35 pieces total. Magformers offers a lot of different sets. Some are more “generic”. . . and some. . . like this one. . . are what I would call “specialty sets”. If you click on the name Magformers at the very top in blue, you will see all of the different collections. My only “issue” is that they are Made in China, and at their current pricing, they are very expensive. Nonetheless, they are a lot of fun and kids really like playing with them.

Bought this for my grandson's 4th birthday and was the best purchase, even the 3 year old loves it.

Grandma's toy box just got even better.
After playing with this set at my house, my two youngest grandchildren had to be talked out of taking it home with them. Now, it's not that I'm selfish, but, really, they have lots more toys at their house than I do and I need these here to entertain them. (See? Not selfish at all. Just self-protective.)I was pleasantly surprised at the good quality of the pieces and the strength of the magnets. And there are plenty of pieces here to create just about any shape vehicle you'd like. All have a somewhat surreal look to them but the kids think they're cool.I do see that I may need to get another set to supplement this one, since only one vehicle can be built at a time. (Just one vehicle base in the set.) With two small grandchildren, they have to make a cooperative effort to build one vehicle or they have to take turns. So far no fighting but one never knows.Guess if I have any complaint about these it's price, but I complain about the price of everything lately.

We love the wheels
We love this set because of the wheels. They are incredibly rare in the world of Magformers and my kids seem to always be fighting over them.This set has turquoise and pieces in a variety of shapes, as well as a set of small clear squares that you can insert from the the Blaze cartoon into the center of the square pieces. They are easy for kids to put together and are easy to pop in and also remove without too much trouble at all.I think its a fun set but its rather hard for a 4.5 year old to make a wide variety of cars as depicted, I think probably because its a little hard for him to balance and utilize the curved pieces. For the price I would have liked a little more variety, particularly an additional base piece for the wheels.
