The user interface is not very good. The remote control could not be used for scrolling or selecting buttonjs on the screen. This made the receiver effectively unusable. The suppliers need to provide a better userguide about the capabilities of the receiver.

I purchased this to utilise the satellite left after cancellation of Sky TV. It’s a neat little box that boots up easily. At this point the fun stops. There are very few instructions with it. Whilst it appeared to have found a lot of satellite signals I had no idea how to find a watchable channel. The Netflix and Amazon Prime connections via my broadband worked fine and the picture quality was good but I couldn’t make sense of the satellite system even with You tube videos so I returned it. If you are tech savvy and want a challenge I suggest this is for you. It certainly isn’t the plug it in and it works it out for you system I was hoping for.
